Come and connect with your highest wisdom through the vibration of sound! Siobhan and Gavin will take you on a journey through an array of practices to awaken the heart and nourish the soul. We will be using the HEART SUTRA as a central focus throughout the retreat. This powerful mantra alleviates suffering and encourages us to reach for the highest wisdom; the wisdom of the heart and a deeper more compassionate way of being.

We will also be working with world chant & mantra, free voice, meditation, yin and restorative yoga, sound healing, movement, ritual, breathing exercises and much more.
